Campbell & Co. started out over ten years ago as Campbell Cheese & Grocery, a family-run neighborhood specialty store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. At the end of 2023 we opened our second location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, across from McGolrick Park. We pride ourselves on having a thoughtful, respectful team and do our best to maintain a supportive, low-stress work environment. We are hiring an experienced, friendly, and reliable barista. We are a busy place so someone who likes to keep busy, can work as a team, loves cheese and artisanal food and beverages and has great people skills, this is the place for you! As a growing business there is tremendous professional and financial growth for the right candidates!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

● Work Espresso Bar, while upholding incredible customer service—service that’s friendly, down-to-earth, accommodating and aims to cultivate regulars.
● When not making drinks, work the register, help restock/price, light cleaning tasks, work with our team to get the daily tasks done.
● Ensure the top quality and presentation of all beverages.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidates must have 1 year experience with La Marzocco machines and be comfortable with alternative milks and frothing techniques as well as latte art and technical preventative troubleshooting skills for grinders and other equipment.
● Extensive and ever-expanding knowledge of COFFEE.
