SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
•. 1 year of specialty coffee experience
• Hospitality forward
• Ability to transport 50lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Must maintain personal hygiene as well as well groomed appearance
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in free pour latte art
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Keep the store clean
• Greet customers as soon as they enter
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Ability to operate a turbo chef safely and efficiently
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Read, understand, and memorize the menu
• Follow server checklists accordingly (Opening, Cross Over, and Closing)
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards (bus tables, maintain trash area, refill utensils, restock, FIFO, set up… etc.)
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.00 per hour plus tips
Expected hours: 25-35 per week
