Pay: From $18/hr + tips depending on experience

Locations: Downtown Brooklyn + Midtown Manhattan

We’re looking for baristas who bring the same energy: curious, creative, detail-obsessed, and ready to jump behind the bar and run the show.

Whether you’re a seasoned barista with a killer rosetta or someone hungry to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Craft beautiful drinks with consistency and care
Deliver an unforgettable guest experience (with a smile, always)
Keep your bar and café space clean, stocked, and sharp
Jump in wherever needed—we’re a team, not a title
Learn, lead, and maybe even grow into a management role

Heads up:

Presentation matters here. You’ll need to pass a service and quality test—we take pride in every cup we serve.
