we’re a new mom & pop independent coffee shop on Manhattan’s East Side. we invested in top-flight equipment and we are proud that we’ve gotten great reviews from both the fancy latte/Instagram set as well as espresso aficionados. we’re on a side street in a very residential area, so the vast majority of our clientele are local regulars.
we are looking for experienced baristas to pick up a couple shifts each. we are a very small shop and you will be running solo most of the time. because of that you should already have barista skills to dial in and pull proper shots, with basic latte art. NYC food handlers license is a must. NO weekend, we (owners) take the weekend shifts.
compensation starts at $20/hr +tips, based on experience and performance. we offer a meal allowance of $20 for shifts over 6 hours. advanced coffee education classes available through our roaster partner.
