Buunni Coffee is looking for experienced baristas to join our team in Northern Manhattan.

For over a decade, Buunni has been rooted in community, craft, and care — sourcing exceptional coffees from smallholder producers and creating welcoming neighborhood spaces where people gather, connect, and recharge. We are seeking skilled baristas who take pride in their craft and understand that great hospitality is a key ingredient of great coffee.

Who You Are

Experienced in specialty coffee (dialing in espresso, latte art, workflow efficiency)

Warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable

Comfortable in a fast-paced café environment

Curious about coffee origins, flavor, and ethical sourcing

A team player who values communication and accountability

MUST:
Live in Upper Manhattan
Have a NYC Food Handler’s License

Multi-lingual – a huge plus!

What You’ll Do

Prepare high-quality espresso and brewed coffee beverages with consistency

Deliver thoughtful, welcoming service to every guest

Maintain clean, organized workstations

Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Represent Buunni’s commitment to integrity, community, and craft

Pay: $18/hr plus tips
Benefits: learning allowance, medical reimbursement and 401K with 3% employer match.
