We’re opening our second New York store in TriBeCa! Join the front of house team. Baked baristas have stellar coffee making skills and promote our brand with honesty, knowledge, and positivity. Barista report to the Cafe and Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBLITIES
Customer Service: Respond to customer needs with patience and positivity.
Barista Skills: Your skills should be smooth and fluid. You can make all coffee drinks quickly and accurately.
Food safety: Follow all NYC DOHMH food safety standards vigilantly.
Product Knowledge: You’re a sponge. You can hold solid Baked product knowledge — from Apple Pie to Zzzzz tea.
Timekeeping: Completes baking and prep tasks within the time allotted
Work Ethic: Quick on your feet. Positive, professional toward everyone, and always willing to help the team

EXPERIENCE
Latte Art (must)
Customer service experience (must)
Food service experience (ideal)
Worked during a busy retail holiday season (ideal)
food handler’s certification (bonus!)
