Lenox Coffee in Harlem is looking for quality expereienced baristas to join our team.

Baristas need to be knowledgable in all espresso drinks and know how to: steam milk to microfoam consistency, dial into the grinder, pull proper shots, and make beautiful latte art.

The perfect candidate must be able to balance the hustle and bustle of a busy shop, while creating a cheerful and pleasant customer experience.

New York Food Handlers Certificate is required at employment or asap upon hire.

We are looking to staff our new shop with very dedicated employees who will help Lenox continue to grow.

Hourly wage commensurate with experience plus tips.
