Experienced barista wanted. Full and Part time positions available.

Bosie Bakery is a patisserie, coffee and tea shop, and a wholesale commissary bakery specializing in high quality French pastries in the rapidly growing and vibrant area of East Harlem (110th Street and Second Avenue). Our working environment is laid back, yet with much attention to detail.

Equipment includes a 2-group La Marzocco. Coffee by Toby’s Estate. Coffee making skills required include preparation of drip, espresso, Americano, macchiatto, latte, cappuccino and mocha. Latte art is a plus!

Candidate must have a drive to deliver quality coffee and customer service with a smile, a positive attitude and happy personality. Must be clean and efficient, punctual, a great team player who can take direction well. Candidate must also be committed to set schedule with room for flexibility and must have weekend availability.

Duties include cashiering, cleaning, stocking, receiving mail and deliveries, opening (6:15 am) and/or closing (out by 6:30pm) and filling orders for our famed macarons and French pastries!

Food handler’s license is a plus.

Further and ongoing training in coffee and tea will be provided.
