infini-T café is a high end tea house, coffee bar and café, that has was established in 2011in Princeton, NJ. infini-T café has a unique middle eastern/far eastern ambiance that serves 100 plus varieties of teas authentically prepared and old world coffee beverages (cappuccino, latte, espresso, etc). We are a full service café that has an all vegetarian menu, with all menu items being available vegan and gluten free. We serve highly diverse, international customers in a university town. Qualifications for Barista include:

> be customer focused
> have a friendly, happy, outgoing personality
> be flexible with respect to work hours
> have prior barista experience with a manual espresso machine (proficient at latte art is a must, manual frothing, etc)
> be knowledgeable of food, heath and safety regulations ((food handlers certification a plus)

Barista responsibilities include

> train and supervise junior staff
> operating the cash register as required
> setting up at the start of the day
> clean up and closing at the end of the day
> keeping an inventory of tea, coffee and other behind the counter items
> preparing tea and coffee drinks and food
> discussing tea and coffee with customers

Training will be provided on steeping our teas and being knowledgeable about our menu and tea selections.

Hourly compensation is between $10 and $12/hour, depending on experience, plus tips (typically between $3 and $4/ hour). Benefits for full time employees after 1 year of full time service includes 1 week paid vacation, paid sick days and an employer contribution towards health care insurance.
