A Barista at Hamilton’s? Create excellent coffee in a fast-paced environment producing an outstanding customer experience with exceptional service while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. If you’re a great barista, you know all of this already.

Hamilton’s is the largest coffee shop in Harlem, serving a busy neighborhood and having a great time doing it! We have an opening for a barista with third-wave coffee experience.  We serve Variety coffee on a La Marzocco GB5.

Pay is commensurate with experience; baristas need to know how to open the machine, clean it, dial in, complete latte art and smile at the same time!

In all cases a NY state Food Handler’s Certificate will be a plus as you will be required to get one if hired. To be considered for the position all applicants must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position. If you have no experience as a barista, sorry, please don’t send us your resume.
