Black Swan Espresso is a third wave coffee shop looking to hire experienced friendly baristas in our new location. We are focused on brewing methods and quality beans from local and international roasters. Baristas need to have the following:

  • working knowledge of single origin, pour-overs, espresso blends
  • experience using manual espresso machines like La Marzocco, or similar equipment
  • know how to dial in espresso
  • create beautiful latte art consistently
  • at least one year experience working in specialty coffee
  • awesome customer service skills
  • ability to laugh and have fun at work
