White Noise Coffee Co is a local business located in Flushing, New York. We are rebels of the coffee industry who don’t compromise on either quality or aesthetics in every cup of coffee. We aim to serve coffee that is both delicious and photogenic. A key factor to enjoying a good cup of coffee is ambiance in the environment, which is why we also strive to create a cozy and friendly environment for our guests.

We are looking for an experienced, confident, competent, and charismatic barista to lead our team. Goal-oriented and attention to detail are key qualities. Most importantly, we are looking for a coffee professional who is passionate about coffee, focuses on hospitality, and serves exceptional coffee beverages.

Qualifications:

• Experience in third wave coffee shops (espresso grinder dialing, espresso brewing, cupping, latte art)
• Mentality of serving exceptional coffee beverages
• Guarantee quality and aesthetics of coffee
• Ensure drinks are produced efficiently
• Creative about our weekly speciality beverages
• Effective communication skills to customers
• Work comfortably with our White Noise Team
• Run and oversee daily operations of espresso bar and store equipments
• Punctual and responsible
