Hello New York baristas ~

We are opening an incredible new cafe in Williamsburg – featuring 2 Michelin star chef Gennaro Esposito creating pizzettes and fresh pastas and chocolate world champion Pietro Macellaro whipping up out-of-this-world gourmet pastries.

As for the most important part, the coffee, we will be offering beans from 2017 world champion roaster Rubens Gardelli. This is where you come in – we need baristas who are committed to upholding the integrity of these premium coffees. The cafe will be a cross between 2nd wave & 3rd wave styles – finding a happy balance between American and Italian coffee culture.

ABOUT YOU:
– 2 years experience in the specialty coffee industry
– Extensive knowledge in brewing coffee & dialing in with multiple brewing methods
– Strong communicator and enjoys working as a team
– Hospitable, warm, welcoming
– Ability to remain calm during a busy rush
– Incredibly clean and detail oriented ~ leaving the place better than when you found it
– Passionate about coffee calibration and serving quality drinks
– NYC food handler’s card
– Experience in opening new locations/cafes a big plus +++
