Job Description

We are looking for an amiable, responsible, team player who enjoys pursuing knowledge. We are firm promoters of passion, and the possession of a detailed understanding of what happens both behind the counter and inside the espresso equipment.
We are a health conscious, artisan take out store that focuses on specialty product. We have also recently opened a small 3rd wave coffee bar. We use beans that are locally roasted.

As an employee, you will be responsible for:
*Engaging customers and creating an inviting, comfortable environment
*Maintaining an ever growing knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, health foods, and the fresh preparation of top quality foods
*Ordering and stocking supplies for work areas
*Receiving shipments

Requirements

*Ability to work a flexible schedule
*Must be a driven problem-solver
*Able to pull shots correctly, according to wet and dry mass
*Able to create microfoam
*Able to multitask
*Must have a friendly smile and wonderful sense of humor! =)

*Basic Latte Art is a must

Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus, but not required
