Bluestone Lane is Australian inspired and New York based. We are seeking dedicated and passionate Baristas to join the team at our location in Hoboken, New Jersey.

For those that don’t know us – Bluestone Lane was founded in NYC in 2013 and inspired by a love of Australian café culture. We see coffee and food as a way of connecting people and we seek to make a difference to our locals’ daily ritual, every day. We roast our own coffee and our food menu is fresh, seasonal and delicious. We are all about the experience at Bluestone Lane. Our locals are everything to us and we are dedicated to giving them the best coffee, food and service in the business.

We are seeking Baristas who share our passion for hospitality and can help us bring our love of coffee, food and hospitality to the people of Hoboken.

The successful applicant must have:

• At least 2 year experience as a Barista, working with speciality coffee
• Experience in crafting specialty espresso beverages
• Excellent communication skills
• Latte Art skills and understanding of extraction
• A high sense of hospitality and desire to provide great service

Responsibilities include:

• Dialing in and maintaining consistent Espresso extraction as per our Brew Ratios
• Consistent pouring of the entire menu
• Assure excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment
• Be a strong team member with the ability to multitask and co-operate with others
• Bring the vibes and make a positive contribution to the team
