Job Description

HITW needs a very experienced barista to work between 20-40 hours per week. High volume, well above norm hourly rate and very regular customers so tips are large. Candidate must be able to work in a high paced environment, and still socialize with customers. Must be very outgoing and be sociable, this is a small knit environment that works at a fast pace doing multi-faceted work.  Pay will reflect experience and skill.
