Job Description

We are looking for a Highly Experienced Coffee (& Tea!) Professional (minimum 3 years in a highly-respected coffee shop[s]) for full-time (between 4 and 5 shifts a week) employment – a humble, passionate, attentive, proactive person, who in happenstance is experienced as a wizard with water & ground seeds, wanton of making an impact, and enjoys working with other folk who care about the people on the other side of the counter.  There is no shortness of expectation in effort and humility – this is not about us…it is about the guest.

Compensation is a competitive hourly wage + tips (raises for proactive and dedicated team members within 90 to 120 days).

We use a multi-roaster platform and focus on high-quality teas imported from China, Taiwan, Japan, and India…the service of which is as important as the coffee service.

Experience Required / Traits Expected of Barista:

—Minimum 3 years on bar at a highly-respected establishment(s) w/ additional experience using single cup brew devices. We’re using Chemex, Kalita Wave, and Aeropress.
