We are looking for responsible, hardworking, punctual, down to earth, experienced baristas to join our team.

Who We Are:
We are a vibrant coffee shop & coffee roaster located in Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill Brooklyn, just down the block from Pratt on Myrtle Ave and a few blocks walking distance from the G Train on Classon.

What Are We Looking For:
At BKG, you’ll need to be capable of: weighing and dialing in shots, crafting excellent milk based espresso drinks (latte art +), following direction (this part is really important!!!), being responsible (that means on time and cleanly), and handling a line of customers, all while being friendly, engaging and courteous to our awesome customers. And since we are a small outfit, it’s a great place to learn (coffee teach-ins) but it also requires everyone to wear a number of different hats in the shop (opening + closing procedures).

We have immediate openings for experienced baristas who are capable of contributing to the growth of our team.

Previous experience as a Barista is a must (+1-2 years preferred)

Food Handlers Certificate A +

Pay is based on experience.
