Devoción is now hiring for baristas across all locations as we undergo our busiest season.

The ideal candidates are warm, welcoming and passionate about providing a great coffee experience to their customers. A positive attitude is a must as is the ability to work well with and encourage others. Devoción baristas are required to attend training courses with our education department. Candidates who are enthusiastic in continuing their coffee knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Experience operating in a high volume specialty coffee setting. Must be able to perform efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work weekends. Flexible candidates are a must.
• Applicants must have a Food Handlers or be willing to get it immediately upon hiring.

Devoción is the only farm fresh coffee roaster in the country. Green beans are shipped weekly through Fedex from our dry milling facility in Colombia.
