The Role:
We’re looking for experienced baristas to join our dynamic team across multiple Poetica Coffee locations in Brooklyn. Whether you’re behind the bar in Park Slope, Williamsburg, or Downtown BK, you’ll be a key part of delivering a consistently excellent guest experience — one cup at a time.

What You’ll Do:
• Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialties
• Engage customers with warmth, speed, and knowledge
• Keep your café space clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Help maintain Poetica’s high standards for quality and service
• Collaborate with team members and managers to foster a positive café culture

What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of specialty coffee or barista experience (multi-location or high-volume experience a plus)
• Strong bar skills: espresso dialing, milk steaming, drink consistency
• Ability to adapt to different store setups and teams
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Flexible availability (weekends and mornings preferred)
• Passion for coffee and a strong sense of hospitality
