Full-Time Field Service Technician
Job Description
The Field Technician role will be responsible for on-site support to ensure that client machines are performing optimally and as intended. The Field Technician will be expected to diagnose and resolve issues in an efficient and complete manner. The position will engage with multiple Eversys departments, external service partners, and direct clients, which will require strong time management, communication, and customer care skills.
Responsibilities Include:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of Eversys espresso equipment.
Responsibly drive a cargo van around the NYC and Tri-state area.
Maintain parts stock and control inventory in the van and LIC warehouse.
Assist the Service and Parts Teams with troubleshooting and technical projects.
Reliably communicate with the Service Team, service providers, and operation staff about field issues, special
projects, requests for information, etc.
Engage with customers and colleagues with positive, solution-oriented attitudes and planning.
Communicate clearly and effectively to escalate issues efficiently.
Support training initiatives as needed and appropriate to skill level.
Engage with Salesforce service tickets and L2 support systems to track field-notes for case resolution and history.
Qualifications:
Min. 2-3 years as experienced field service technician.
Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
High technical and mechanical aptitude.
Extensive understanding of plumbing and electrical applications.
Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time, In-office, Non-exempt. M-F, 9a-5p. Weekend availability preferred.
Locations: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco. May require travel.
