Two technicians needed for a coffee equipment repair company based in Brooklyn. We are a young company that cares about the quality of service we provide our customers. We can offer you something a little different from the regular barista or cafe management positions, with the potential to earn in the range of $40,000-$70,000 depending on experience. Health insurance is also available.

-Paid training

Duties mostly include:
-Traveling around the city with tools and parts to fix machines at different locations.
-Troubleshooting and solving puzzles
-Properly communicating and setting expectations
-Driving the company van to transport equipment as necessary
-Lifting/moving heavy equipment
-Learning new skills

Requirements:
-Driver’s license
-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (large espresso machines with help)
-Conscientious approach

-You work in the coffee industry and still enjoy it and fixing machines is something you’d like to do
-You’ve experienced first-hand the reality of working with broken equipment and can understand the expediency required to get people’s equipment functional again
-You have an exceptional ability to turn a frown upside down
-You love puzzles
-You like knowing something most other people don’t know, and don’t mind explaining what you’re doing if they ask

-You break more things than you fix
