We are looking for a FOH Manager for our Long Island City Roast House location with the following qualities:
2+ years experience in the specialty coffee industry
A solid, working knowledge of specialty coffee & latte art capabilities
Top-notch communication skills.
Ease, comfort, and joy in engaging people
A natural tendency to think 3 steps ahead
A superb ability on pro-active problem solving.
Comfort in diffusing conflict in an objective manner
A “Yes, and. . .” attitude
Ability to work 40 hours a week
NY food protection certificate
