Job Description
Our Front of House roles are integral to the business to make sure we deliver a hospitality experience so positive that it matches the quality of our food and drinks.
This is an opportunity to learn much more about the industry, whilst keeping our regulars coming back and turning new customers into regulars.
We have a big customer following, so whichever role you’re in, you can expect to be kept busy and buzzing. And our business is growing – which means plenty of opportunity for you to learn, develop and take advantage of promotional opportunities.

We rely on our Front of House team to create an awesome vibe, chat to customers, take and run orders, and help us re-define the way customers think about food and drink in cafés.
Our Front of House team are passionate about food flavours and combinations, and love delivering speedy service, whether that’s table-service or take-away, whilst building great, fun relationships with customers at the same time.
Ideal Front of House candidates will bring with them:
– A passion for food, drinks (coffee, tea, beer and wine)
– A love of dealing with customers and a natural hospitality
– A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
– Great organisation skills and thrive under pressure
– A love of working as part of a team
– Experience of waiting tables, bar tending, kitchen experience (desirable but not essential)
