Fazenda is a premium menswear multibrand store + cafe opening in Nolita, NY, June 2026.

Fazenda is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our coffee and snack service. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the program, from beverage preparation and food handling to inventory control and supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages to brand standard.
Oversee the preparation, presentation, and rotation of snack items, including queijo and other Brazilian-inspired offerings.
Manage sourcing, ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking for all food and beverage supplies.
Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable and dry goods in accordance with food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain timely reorder schedules.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the service area.
Qualifications
Prior experience in food and beverage service.
Knowledge of food storage, shelf life management, and safe handling practices.
Proven ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate independently.
Reliable and available for a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
Familiarity with Brazilian cuisine and coffee culture is preferred.
