Seeking friendly, talented, EXPERIENCED full time and part time baristas for our launch here in NYC. Lots of buzz surrounds our imminent opening so you need to enjoy the ‘heat’ just outside the kitchen and working a busy la marzocco . Do you LOVE + CARE about good coffee & food and ENJOY sharing your passion with customers? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Bourke Street Bakery’s launch team in NYC and get in on the action from day one.

KEY ROLE
* provide expertly prepared, consistent coffee (that hits the sweet spot) in a fast-paced, warm and welcoming environment.
*extensive barista experience (2 YEARS MINIMUM) in making quality espresso, including dialing in, maintaining consistent espresso extraction and experience in batch brewing.
* latte art proficiency.
*Happy taking orders and other aspects of café service;
*Be a team player as well as reliable, punctual, honest, and positive;

COMPENSATION
this position is PAID: hourly, $15/hr + tips (high tipping neighborhood) or more depending on experience.
