Job Description

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of all Kettl Inc. orders.
Specific focuses will include receiving materials, packing, labeling, inventory tracking, and shipment preparation.
This is a critical role in the operations department and requires strong organization, communication, and attention to
detail.
Responsibilities:
● Pack and ship all Kettl Inc. orders with accuracy and fulfill as efficiently as possible
● Accurate receiving and inventory management
● Assist in monthly inventory counts
● Ensure health safety and compliance in the warehouse
● Fulfillment Associates report directly to the GM of Fulfillment
● This position is full time and requires 5 shifts per week
Qualifications:
● BA in related field
● Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role supporting a multi-unit F&B focused business with
$2M+ revenue
● Experience in fulfillment operations, inventory management, logistics, working in a warehouse
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required
● Special considerations for applicants with certifications or licenses related to field
● Must be able to safely lift 50lbs
● Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
● Employment Classification: Non-Exempt
● Compensation: $24/hour
● Benefits: Medical and Dental benefits with 50% company contribution to full time employees
● 40% employee discount on Kettl products
● 80 hours PTO accrued
