Job Description

Applicants must have a strong customer service background, have specialty coffee experience, and be comfortable working and operating a cafe alone.

Requirements:
– 2 years specialty coffee experience
– Knowledge of standard espresso beverages
– Closing & Opening experience
– NY food handler’s certificate
– Ability to work on your feet 7-8hrs a day, lift 50lb assisted, climb stairs
-flexible schedule (weekend availability)

Tasks/Responsibilities:
– Consistently perform and produce excellent quality espresso beverages efficiently including great latte art
– Demonstrate passion for personalized customer service and developing strong relationships with customers & staff
-Maintain a safe clean working environment compliant with dept. of health
-Tasks such as setup, cleanup and breakdown
-Manage inventory and replenishment, prep area, tools and equipment

Pay:
$16-$20/hour plus tips based on experience
