Full-Time Barista – East Rock Coffee

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused full-time barista to join our team at East Rock Coffee. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in quality service, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café
* Handling busy rush periods with speed and professionalism
* Assisting with opening and closing duties
* Restocking and maintaining inventory levels
* Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive environment

Qualifications:

* Previous barista or café experience preferred
* Knowledge of espresso machines and drink preparation
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Weekend availability required
* Friendly personality with a strong work ethic
