Job Description

We are growing the crew within Black Fox and are looking for an experienced manager who can lead the team and be an integral part of the Black Fox experience.

We are a progressive team who are looking for a like minded positive leader.

The ideal candidate will have
– the personality and passion to welcome all customers. From those on a family vacation, our regulars, through to the most discerning coffee professionals
– an ability to lead the team by example
– a sound knowledge of hospitality with a minimum of 4 years exp in similar role
– proven managerial experience in a high volume cafe or restaurant
– sound knowledge of food and systems required to ensure consistently smooth service
– provide proof of past success of the ability to meet set KPI’s of wage percentages and COGS
– the ability to multitask and direct others to uphold the standards of Black Fox’s service
