Job Description

Think Coffee is hiring a General Manager for one of our Manhattan locations.

NYC based Think Coffee practices environmental sustainability in addition to creating safe and inclusive spaces and supporting social causes both near and far. Our sourcing method, Social Project Coffee, involves not only a direct relationship with the farmer, but also paid premiums used to help develop and implement projects at origin to strengthen and support coffee farmers and their communities.

The ideal managerial candidate will have:

-At least a year of cafe management experience (submitting payroll, managing and ordering stock, interviewing, staffing, and scheduling)
-Strong organizational skills
-An eye for detail
-A passion for delivering quality customer service and coffee
-A desire to lead by example 
-DOH food handlers license 
-Mastery of various coffee equipment, including espresso machines
-Monday through Friday 8am-4pm availability with an ability to troubleshoot and support staff as needed.
