We are seeking a talented person who has experience in leading restaurants and effectively managing people and operations. As General Manager, you’re consistently in the process of both nurturing and developing people, and bringing the best out of the people who surround you.

**Must have previous GM/management experience**

You will be responsible for directing all store-related activities:
• Hiring and training all level positions
• Scheduling and management of labor budgets
• Developing and mentoring your team
• Financial KPI management and responsibility
• Inventory management

This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling and management of labor budgets, hiring & training all line level positions, developing and mentoring captains, advanced financial management and responsibility.
