Hampton Coffee Company was one of the first artisan coffee roasters on the entire East Coast when it opened on the eastern end of Long Island, New York, in 1994. Our local family-owned community-focused company still adheres to our founding principals of:

-small-batch hand-roasted coffee
-fresh homemade food (we bake inside every cafe!)
-authentic Italian-style espresso beverages prepared by real Baristas
-treating all of our customers like VIPs
-treating our staff like family

We are proud to be part of our community and support more than 100 different local community organizations and non-profits each and every year and do lots of volunteer work.

We are looking for a quality individual to relocate to The Hamptons to manage our Coffee Experience Store in Southampton which features our area’s only Pour Over Bar and our company’s coffee roastery. Candidates should be:

-well-versed in pour over techniques
-be able to pour quality latte art
-be able to effectively train staff
-be good communicators and supervisors
-be a team player and a good person

Two years successful experience in a management role in a busy coffee bar is necessary.
