Job Description

Seven Grams Caffe – a fast paced premium coffee shop & bakery, serving specialty coffee and in-house, hand-made baked goods is hiring a Cafe Manager.
What are we looking for?
– Strong leadership skills and managing a specialty coffee shop of 10+team members
– A strong passion for premium coffee, fresh-out-of-the-oven baked goods, and providing customers with a great experience.
– Minimum one year managerial experience in a similar role in fast-paced specialty coffee environment, and proven track record in leading teams to outstanding performances.
– Phenomenal communication abilities, particularly the ability to lead in a fun and effective manner, and the ability to both give and receive constructive feedbacks.
– An inspiring leader, who energizes, motivates others, and who is always looking for ways to make things around them better.
– Weekends availability- required
– Open and availability and on call availability- required
– NY food handler’s certificate- a must have
