General Manager – Major Coffee Chain (New York)

Summary: Our Coffee House, a global force in the coffee market is seeking a General Manager for its NY operations. Competitive Salary, bonus will be offered to appropriate candidate. Candidates with experience of at least 10 years of operation. Candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills and have the ability to monitor, evaluate, train and manage. Strong ethics, management and customer service skills are a necessity.

Position: General Manager – NYC Operations

Qualifications
– MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field. Demonstrated, directly related, equivalent experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree, subject to approval.
– Must have recent, directly related, progressively responsible experience in operation of retail establishments, preferably restaurants and/or coffee houses.
– Must possess experience in business management, customer service, operating systems, employee relations, technology, planning and Project Management.
