We are looking for a hardworking, fun and friendly Head Barista & Coffee Trainer to join our amazing team at Brownsville Roasters in Great Northern Food Hall. We roast our own coffee every week and serve fantastic regulars every day. You have a friendly character and passionate about training and educating staff.

As the Head Barista & Trainer you will be responsible for the daily operation of our coffee bar.

Training new & current staff.
Elevating the customer service, consistency and quality.
Developing seasonal coffee drinks in collaboration with our beverage manager.
Working both in the coffee bar or at events presenting and brewing coffee.

Well educated in coffee; from seed to cup.
Passionate about teaching, mentoring and growing people.
Patient and ambitious to teach and inspire people on all levels.
Experienced in education to develop both practical and online training platforms.
Passionate about social development through the food industry.
Systematic, punctual and a friendly addition to our management team.
Energetic, friendly and passionate about giving amazing customer service to all our guests.
