we are an australian cafe opening up in a unique venue in Bushwick and need a dedicated and focused head barista with a progressive approach to coffee.

we will only serve single origins and will feature lighter roasted coffee from different roasters from america and overseas. we also have an emphasis on exceptional tea – particularly oolong. the cafe will focus on organic wholefood.

you will need at least two years experience and the ability to build up train and manage a team of baristas who will work with you. with a seating capacity of just under 300 people you will need experience with high volume coffee made to an excellent standard.

the role is perfect for someone who is extremely passionate about what they do and wants to be given more freedom and responsibility and to grow in their role and with the business.

you also get to work on a custom painted pink Synesso.

expected open date is early-mid august.
