The team behind the hot new wine bar in Williamsburg, Sauced is opening a record store & coffee shop at 53 Broadway. We are looking for a head barista to join our fam.

That person would be responsible for placing coffee orders, scheduling, controlling inventory, opening/closing the café, inspiring the staff and driving sales. You would be would be the face of the shop. So we really need someone that has high EQ, motivated, personable, and intelligent.

Ideal candidates also possess:

3 years experience in specialty coffee
NYC Food Handler’s Permit
Open availability (Weekends are a must)
Latte art skills
Wine experience is a plus but desire to learn about wine is a must

Starting pay rate: $18-20 per hour doe
