Sippy Cafe is looking for both a full-time and part-time barista at our location Greenpoint location. The ideal candidates are warm, welcoming, passionate about providing a great coffee experience, and excellent team players.

Starting salary is $15-$17 plus tips

Requirements
At least 1 or more year in a specialty coffee environment. Having latte art skills and creating various espresso-based drinks

Dialing in, consistent with espresso pulling/milk texture

Must be able to perform efficiently under pressure and encourage team members to do the same

Reliable, punctual and friendly work demeanor

Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently

Flexible Schedule: weekdays, weekends, open/closing shifts

New York Food Handlers License preferred
