We are seeking a Head Barista for a very busy shop in Crown Heights. Immediate start.

Applicant requirements:

– Smart & organized
– NO WEED SMOKERS
– Very detail orientated
– Mature and able to lead a team
– Hard working ethics – heavy lifting and long hours on your feet is part of the job
– NYC FOOD LICENSE
– High energy and Customer service focused
– Must drink coffee and looking to learn further
– 40hr/week & weekends is a must and non-negotiable

Compensation:
– 40hr work week at $22/hr + tips (average total $30-$34/hr)
– 2 weeks holiday pay
– Health Insurance
