Job Description

Girard is a brasserie & bruncherie featuring a coffee bar and grab & go market. We are a new build out currently in search of our Head Barista. Our coffee program will strive to individually brew every cup of selected single origins by Elixr roasters using coffee shots and espro presses. Espresso equipment is a Nuova Simonelli Aureilia II and an Ek 43. We will encourage creativity and sponsor chosen applicant who may be interested in participating in barista/brewing competitions. Applicant will receive an hourly wage instead of tips as the restaurant will not be soliciting gratuities in addition to paid health benefits, paid vacation & sick days, and profit sharing. We are looking for someone interested in growing with the company.
