Looking for high intensity head barista to lead our team to glory!

As our head barista:
– We want main character and leader energy
– You are obsessed with systems and structure in the worklfow
– You understand mise en place is beyond making simple syrup
– You have a sound understanding of extraction and the variables
– You will have the ability to train/level up our current and new baristas
– You know the difference between good service and warm hospitality
– You are open to feedback and learning new things
– You have the NYC Food License
– 40hrs/week (5 days)

COMPENSATION: ~$35/hr (tips included) +benefits
