Job Description

We are opening our first coffee shop on October 26^th in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and are looking for our Head Barista. This person would lead the coffee experience at our shop with responsibilities including calibrating the espresso machine, cold brewing, regular brewing and would be our all-around coffee authority. We are looking to find a partner; someone passionate about coffee who will help us refine the business and grow it. We pride ourselves on having a positive, upbeat, team-oriented attitude and are looking for similar minded candidates to join our crew. We are offering an hourly wage for the first month, followed by salary and the potential for equity-shares in the future. We’ve partnered with Colectivo Roasters (Milwaukee, WI) and will be brewing & retailing their beans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years barista experience

• Experience with staff management & training

• Experience working on the LM Strada MP

• Skilled at latte art

• Must have food handlers certification
