Gotan is looking for talented baristas looking to further their career in the coffee industry  while enjoying the growth of the company as well. We are opening our fourth location in Chelsea this Summer and are looking for the next great barista, Head Barista. Applicants should:
– enjoy working in a fast paced team environment and take pride in providing great customer service.
– be knowledgable in pulling great espresso shots, pouring latte art, dialing in grinders.
– be presentable in both appearance and hygiene.
– possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
