Head Barista & Trainer
Eli’s Essentials is looking for a lead Barista and trainer for there several locations. Eli’s Essentials is a grab & go artisan coffee shop serving house made light food. We need a professional individual to lead our team of baristas. The ideal candidate must have a passion for coffee, be a natural team leader and have superior customer service skills.
Job qualifications include:
# 3 years experience in training /management position.
# basic coffee equipment knowledge
#available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights & holidays
#excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal & written
# strong social media, marketing & computer expertise.
# ability to work in a fast paced environment, solid organizational, planning & time management skills.
Responsibilities & job description:
*Purchasing & receiving orders & inventory management & cost control
* Promote a motivated work environment & working schedule planning
* Insure health & safety practices & maintain cleanliness & organization in front & back of the house
* Maintain equipment and schedule for regular maintenance.
* Develop strategy to meet/exceed financial goals.
This is a full time position with hourly compensation based on experience.
