WHO WE ARE: We are a third wave coffee shop that serves the highest quality organic coffee. We roast our own beans at our store in Chelsea, and strive to provide an exceptional coffee experience to each and every customer, both in our product and our service. We’re seeking highly experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee and interested in sharing this enthusiasm in our stores.
Applicants must have at least one year of barista experience (using manual espresso machines) and have a welcoming friendly personality (this includes smiling a lot!).

We are looking for:

Barista ($12+) Depending on experience.
Supervisor ($13+) Depending on experience.
Tips are distributed as well (EXCLUDED in the wage)

1. Perform latte art
2. Be passionate about coffee and be enthusiastic about sharing their passion
3. Have a sociable/friendly personality
4. Like to smile
5. Be confident
6. Have a Professional Demeanor
7. Self motivated and hard working (No slackers)
8. Punctual and responsible with their schedules
9. Food Handlers certificate a PLUS!
