Job Description

We are looking for passionate and motivated Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Assistants who are seeking a new challenge to be a member of an enthusiastic Team we are putting together for a new venue on the Brooklyn scene.

You must be able to communicate well and perform a wide range of task.

* Cleaning – wash and clean utensils, dishes and glassware
* Clean food preparation equipment, floors ,and other kitchen tools or area
* Dispose of rubbish
* Clean up spillages when they occur
* Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
* Assist the chef with food preparation
* Follow direction from owner and also Head Chef
* Maintain a positive and motivated work ethic in the kitchen at all times

Payments are made on a weekly basis for every hour worked.
