Seeking lead barista to join our small crew in cafe by day/cocktail bar by night space.
About us: ruth is a hideaway bar/cafe located in Flatbush near the Parkside stop. We have recently added the cafe program and ‘coffee club’ to serve during the day. Our club is a membership program so expect lots of regulars and familiar faces!

Responsibilities include making and serving a variety of espresso and matcha drinks, cash handling, restocking, etc.
Additional responsibilities include dialing in and fine tuning cafe program, inventory and ordering, staff training, and prep.

Pay is a competitive hourly plus revenue share.
