Job Description

Our first location is opening in Fort Lee, NJ 07024 on March or early of April, and we are looking for founding barista team members who will not only prepare beverages but also help shape the space and brand experience. We seek individuals who are responsible, dedicated, and collaborative, those who can treat the store as if it were their own.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee and blended tea beverages
Provide well-mannered customer service and hospitality
Maintain store cleanliness and manage product displays
Handle inventory management and ordering
Contribute to the development of signature drinks

Requirements
– 2+ years speciality barista experience.
– High volume experience
– Responsible, reliable, and proactive work ethic
– Desire to grow together with the brand
