Marlow & Sons is hiring a lead barista.

The position involves curating and leading the service of a variety of specialty coffees within our café and restaurant, as well as setting and implementing service standards and educating our staff of baristas, servers and bartenders in coordination with our management team.

The ideal candidate has extensive barista experience in a restaurant setting as well as experience leading and training a team. The position requires multi-tasking and a commitment to excellent service.
